Who does what: our team roles

We’re a team of three, with each person responsible for one of the project’s main pillars. Being responsible doesn’t mean working alone. We all contribute wherever needed, but each pillar has one person who keeps track of progress and makes the final call when we can’t agree.

Meet the team

Rafaela Henriques, UX Lead

Rafaela oversees research and testing. She plans interviews and observations, turns findings into actionable insights, and makes sure our design decisions are grounded in what we’ve learned. She’s also our main point of contact with Transfo.

Agata Tomaszewska, Development Lead

Agata oversees the technical side of the project, from electronics and coding to the physical build. She assesses what’s feasible on site, tests hardware early, and makes sure the installation can run reliably for five hours straight.

Jan Rymarski, Design Lead

Jan oversees the visual and spatial direction of the project, including the forest’s look and feel, material choices, promotional visuals and final presentation.
